Our Process
1. Send us pictures or dimensions via email
Pictures are always helpful when estimating cushions even if you already know the dimensions. Knowing the context of where the cushion is going to live will help us make decisions about zipper placement and style. Providing dimensions will give you the most accurate price as possible as we charge by the inch for cushion labor and by the board foot for foam. For a shaped cushion (for example a bay window) we use the largest dimension in any direction.
A NOTE ON SHAPED CUSHIONS:
Because no room is perfectly square we require a template for shaped cushions. If you feel confident to make a template we ask that you please provide one. If you feel like you would rather trust the pro’s we are more than happy to make a template for you (for a fee).

2. Receive a quote from us
Allow 24-48 hours to receive a reupholstery quote and estimated fabric needed.
3. Decide if you want to proceed
You take the time to review your estimate, ask us any questions, and decide if you're ready to proceed.
4. Select your fabric
You are always welcome to bring in your own fabric or browse through our sample books and select your fabric that way. We offer samples of vinyl and fabrics from Greenhouse, Barrow, Maxwell, Fabricut, Revolution, Europatex and more.
5. We add your project to our schedule
Once you have your own fabric or purchased your fabric through us and have paid a deposit (50%), you will be put on our schedule.
6. Delivery and final payment
We get to work and when your piece is ready, we will give you a call. Then your completed cushions can be picked up. Final payment of the balance due will be collected when your cushions are delivered. We accept Cash, Check, or Credit/Debit Cards (for a fee) both for initial deposits and final payment.
