Sometimes you need something a little more special

We love building new furniture for our clients. We have a network of craftsmen we utilize to make sure every part of your project is done professionally and correctly.

If you have plans from your architect or designer we are skilled in reading them correctly and executing them as designed. If you have an idea for something but need a little more help, our owner Eva has extensive training in CAD and 3D Modeling and can help you visualize your idea as well as advise you on design decisions that take comfort and functionality into consideration.

Our Process

Having something custom built can be intimidating, but we want you to be happy. Here is our process for custom designed projects.

1. Send us your build plans or inspiration pictures via email

Be sure to include a detailed descriptions about anything that is important such as fabric needs, intended use, design details or goals.

2. Receive a quote from us 

Allow one week to receive a quote and estimated fabric needed.

3. Decide if you want to proceed 

You take the time to review your estimate, ask us any questions, and decide if you're ready to proceed.  

4. Select your fabric and confirm Design Details

You are always welcome to bring in your own fabric or browse through our sample books and select your fabric that way. We offer samples of vinyl and fabrics from Greenhouse, Barrow, Maxwell, Fabricut, Revolution, Europatex and more. 

Any custom furniture we design for you will require a detailed drawing with all materials specified. A drawing fee of $75 per hour will be required. If your architect or designer has supplied plans we require a site visit to check dimensions. A site visit fee of $65 - 100 (depending on distance and complexity) will be required.

5. We add your project to our schedule

Once you have your own fabric or purchased your fabric through us and have paid a deposit (50%) we will begin your project. Our average turn-around is approximately four to ten weeks depending on the complexity of your job. We are happy to accommodate special requests if you're moving or will be on vacation and want the work done while you're away.

6. Delivery and final payment

We get to work and when your piece is ready, we will give you a call. Then your completed furniture can be picked up at your convenience. Final payment of the balance due will be collected when your furniture is finished.  We accept CashCheck, or Credit/Debit Cards (for a fee) both for initial deposits and final payment.
